
As Chief Executive Officer of asknet AG, Gerald Prior has been responsible for Strategy, Participations, Sales, Marketing and Corporate Communications since September 2007.
Gerald Prior has 19 years of experience in the software and technology sector, during which he also held executive positions with nova data AG, entory AG and the Softlab Group. Before joining asknet AG he was CEO of entory AG, a former IT subsidiary of Deutsche Börse, and in this capacity responsible for the sales operations. After the purchase of entory AG by the Softlab Group, an IT consulting company of the BMW Group, in 2005 Gerald Priors area of responsibility included the companys integration into the Softlab Group. Furthermore, he was in charge of the strategy development of the company. Gerald Prior was born in Karlsruhe and holds a degree in business mathematics.

Dr. Dietmar Waudig is founder and Chief Operating Officer of asknet AG. He is in charge of the following areas: Customers/Markets in EMEA/APAC, Products/Services and Technology/Systems.
Dietmar Waudig has 21 years of professional experience in the IT and software industry. After studying computer sciences at Karlsruhe University, he began his career with IBM Germany. In the following years he held leading positions at the EDP Center of Karlsruhe University as well as with IBM Germany, where he was responsible for managing large projects at, among others, the European Networking Center in Heidelberg and the Development Laboratory in Böblingen.

Michael Konrad has been Chief Financial Officer of asknet AG since June 2003 and is responsible for Finance, Human Resources, Administration and Logistics.
After studying for the degree of industrial engineer at the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, he began his career as a business analyst with Du Pont Chemicals. After transferring to the pharmaceutical industry and joining the US Allergan Group he worked as a financial analyst for their Pharmaceutical Department Central Europe. From 1999 to 2002 Michael Konrad was Head of Accounting and Controlling at entory AG, an IT subsidiary of Deutsche Börse AG.
Michael Konrad was born in Wangen im Allgäu in 1963. He is married and has two children.

Bob Lamvik has sales and operational responsibilities for all of the Americas.
Bob Lamvik has 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the software and technology sectors, during which he also held executive positions with Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Sun Microsystems, The Santa Cruz Operation and Okidata Corporation. Most recently he was responsible for the worldwide marketing activities of Embarcadero Technologies, a leading provider of strategic data management solutions, as its Vice President.

As Managing Director and the representative board of director, 100% subsidiary of asknet AG, Yosuke Ito has been responsible for the entire operation of this Japanese entity since June 2006.
Yosuke Ito has over 20 years of management of foreign firms experience as country manager and as board of director representative in Japan, Australia and the U.S. Before he joined asknetBB, he was the country manager and representative director of Avanquest BB KK, a joint venture with Avanquest Software and SoftbankBB. Prior to that Mr. Ito was the representative director of Japan Scientific Management Inc., and country manager of F-Secure and SunGard Business Integration. Mr. Ito also was the representative director of C-ATS Japan and managing director of Pan Pacific Business Consulting, specializing in Multimedia PC, in Sydney, Australia and San Francisco. Mr. Ito is a native Japanese, born and raised in Tokyo, is married and has 2 children.
