Customer Service Representative (Financial District, San Francisco)

asknet, Inc., a leader in eDistribution commerce is looking for qualified Customer Service Representatives.

Position:

Customer Service Representative for Purchase Support of Online Store Service Providers (seeking English only, English and Spanish, English and French or English and Swedish foreign language skills).

Compensation:

Part Time / Hourly Rate/ up to 30 hours per week; Permanent and Temporary contracts available.

Responsibilities:

•       Handling Inbound end-user inquiries by email, letter, phone and fax - possibly chat (40 % - 60%)

•       Provide end-users help in placing their online orders

•       Fulfillment of Service Level Agreements

•       Updating FAQs and knowledge base

•       Work in shifts (6.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m. & 12.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m.)

•       Document all activities (calls, emails etc.) in CRM application

•       Use communication skills with other departments in this Customer Service role

Requirements:

 •      1-3 years experience in an Inbound Service Center

•       Excellent written and verbal skills for email correspondence

•       Excellent phone manners and enjoy communicating with people

•       Team player who likes working in an international environment

•       Quality driven yet able to meet high production goals

•       Well organized and detail oriented

•       IT knowledge is a plus
